Steps to enable the VO-WiFi Service

Apple

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select "Cellular".
    (Select the SIM for Wi-Fi calling if multiple SIMs are available)
  3. Select "Wi-Fi Calling".
  4. Enable "Wi-Fi Calling".

Samsung

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select "Wireless & Networks" or "Connections" section.
  3. Select "Wi-Fi Calling" or "Advanced Calling".
  4. Enable Wi-Fi Calling.

Huawei

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select "Wireless & Networks" or "Connections" section.

  • In postpaid, Vo-WIFI minutes for Baqati Blue Plus and Green Plan are subject to their Pack Voice bundle minutes.
  • In Prepaid, Vo-WIFI mins for Hayyak are subject to their Pack Voice bundle minutes.
  • You can access your bill to view details and pay via Omantel App.
